From the first /start you get 30 days at full strength: the same model and the same limits as the subscription. After that there are fewer recognitions a day, while the diary, the targets and the whole history stay where they are.
How recognitions are counted
- Photos, voice and chat messages count together: one counter for the day, and it resets the next day.
- Typing food in by name, a barcode and a workout in the diary do not spend it.
- How many recognitions a day there are right now is written on the subscription screen in the bot. We change those numbers, and that screen is always fresher than any article.
Step by step
- Open the subscription screen in the bot — it shows the date your access runs to.
- Choose a month or a year; the current price is on the same screen.
- The payment happens inside Telegram, in one step.
- Access is extended at once, and the subscription screen shows the new date.
- There is no auto-renewal: a payment is a one-off that moves the date forward. When it runs out the bot reminds you, and the choice is yours again.
If you paid and there is no access
- Open the subscription screen: the date your access runs to is there.
- No date — write to us and attach the payment receipt; we find the payment by it and give the access back.
- You paid from another Telegram account: the access went to the account the payment came from.
- There is no need to pay twice — whichever access lasts longer is the one that counts, wherever it came from.
In the app
A subscription through the App Store and restoring a purchase arrive when the app ships — it is not in the App Store yet, and the home page has the waiting list. If the access is already paid for in Telegram, the app does not offer to pay a second time: it sees that the access is there.
