Ask for the reset again and open the link from the newest letter: a link is short-lived, and asking a second time makes the earlier one useless. Look in spam and in the promotions tab — the letter comes from the address the site writes from.

Still nothing? Write to support from the address the account is on, so there is something to match it against. If you sign in with Apple there is no password at all: the account lives on your Apple ID, and nothing to reset means nothing to send.

Write the correction in words in the same chat: «that was 200 g, not 100», «it was chicken, not turkey». The entry is recounted and replaces the old one, so nothing is counted twice. You can also ask for the photo to be checked again, and in the app an entry is edited by hand.

Recognition from a photo is an estimate, not a measurement: on a crowded plate, in poor light, or with oil and sauce out of sight it is wrong more often. When you know the dish, saying it in words is the more exact way in.
