Deleting erases the diary, the photos and the history for good. So the order is this: the export first, the deletion after.
Before you start
A copy of the diary, if you want one. The app shows the diary whole: entries can be opened, fixed and exported. The app is not in the App Store yet, and if it is not at hand — write to us and we will send the export.
Step by step
- Take the export of the diary if you need it: after the deletion it cannot be brought back.
- Open «Settings» in the app.
- Tap «Delete account» and confirm.
- The request waits 30 days — that is the time to change your mind.
- After the 30 days the diary, the photos and the history are erased for good.
What cancels the deletion
- Any sign-in to the app during those 30 days.
- The /start command in the bot.
- After it is cancelled everything is in place: the diary, the targets and the history stay as they were.
If you only use the bot
Write to us and we will delete it by mail. What is stored and for how long is in the privacy policy.
